Years of debilitating symptoms and misdiagnoses led me to my own research to find answers for my health conditions.

Patterns for Health is a holistic health information blog encompassing all areas of wellness.

Beth Mootz with her 3 Daughters and 1 Son

I am a mother of four wonderful children, a certified and experienced teacher, a certified health coach and a qualified mental health professional. Join me in learning about the areas of wellness, how to identify what area may be holding you back and alternative treatments or steps to take that could improve your quality of life.

 – 2013 Graduate of Health Coaching Professional Training Program with

 – Purchase College, State University of New York through IIN

 – Member of the American Association of Drug-less Practitioner as a Holistic Health Practitioner since November 2013
